This book has given a lot of explanation to a lot of things I do in my day-to-day life. I kept on nodding and smiling at a lot of things as I read/listened to it.
This is a life-changing book.
It is a wonderful book that effectively communicates how minor (atomic) modifications to one’s everyday routine can generate extraordinary long-term consequences. You don’t have to go big. It is just the little (atomic) things that matter. It becomes a build-up and by the time you realise it, it is a habit—one you can’t break away from easily. And this book provides all the neuroscience and practical explanations for some of these situations.
For a writer, this book is very effective in sticking to my writing schedules and making habits out of them.
Now I have a complete manual for anyone who would come to my DM to ask: “how can I be an avid reader?” or “how do I make a habit out of reading?”.
In that same way, if you want to make a habit out of anything, this book is for you. It can be working out, learning a skill, starting a business etc
Also, If you are at a stage in your life where you feel you have failed so have given up and are feeling low and depressed, here is something for you that will not only ignite your spirits but also put you on the road to success.
Lastly, if you have any habits you want to break away from, this is the book to read.
SERIOUSLY. If you haven’t read this book, do so NOW and you will discover this goldmine for yourself.
I don’t have enough words for it. Also, because I don’t feel too well today and it is on my schedule to write this review today, I am not going to skip it (talk about developing a habit lol🌚) so yeah, here’s my attempt to write the review.
